Ellis International Services specializes in providing accurate, unbiased, and independent, market value appraisals (fair market valuations) of mineral properties. These include mineral exploration and development tracts to operating mines and quarries, and mineral rights and royalty interests. We can appraise the value of a mineral ownership, a partial interest, and a lessor or lessee’s rights.
Our appraisal services are provided for market valuation of properties involving all mineral commodities, such as precious and base metals, industrial minerals, uranium, coal, oil shale, aggregate and dimension stone. However, we only appraise the value of a conventional oil and natural gas interest if it is intertwined with another mineral interest that is the primary subject of our valuation.
We provide our services throughout the USA and the world, subject to legal and regulatory restrictions. We occasionally appraise the value of a mineral property in one country for a regulatory filing purpose in another country. Our valuation reports are developed in accordance with the prevailing national or international standards.
